Anxiety & Depression

Anxiety and depression are real and serious conditions, and should be treated as such. When we suffer from anxiety or depression we can feel persistent helplessness, overwhelming emotions, or irrational dread. Together, we can identify your resilience and strengths to empower yourself as a way to create the change you've been searching for.

Self-Esteem

Self-esteem can be generated from a variety of sources. Building our self-esteem begins from our earliest days on earth and continues throughout adulthood. In addition to our successes and failures, our self-esteem is shaped by how others treat us (family members, friends, teachers, coaches, etc.). We can collaboratively work on creating a quality foundation of Self-Esteem and equip you with the tools needed to watch it thrive.

Health & Wellness

The basis of self-renewal is our health and wellness. The things we eat, the amount of rest we get, and our activity levels all affect our feelings. We naturally become more restorative and self-healing when we follow a quality Personal and Wellness plan that strengthens us to overcome obstacles and create healthy habits for life.

Relationships

In relationship coaching, we aim to understand the variables and issues involved in healthy relationships. It’s also a neutral ground where you can explore the dysfunction in the relationship and learn tools to help navigate the landmines, learn to communicate, and handle the tough stuff. Our sessions will be a means of learning how and if your relationship has the potential and resilience to last past the bad times. You might owe it to yourself to try.

Loneliness

Time Management

Depending on how we relate to time, we may feel confined or anxious when certain deadlines approach, or if we’re just starting a new journey and see the long road ahead. It is common to feel that time passes too slowly or that there is never enough time. It is possible to feel more in control of the world around us and more capable of managing what life throws at us when we have proper time management skills.
